• IT Support including installing new PC’s, Updating Operating Systems to Windows 7 and then Windows 10 and Installing Software Packages such as MS Office.

• Led the Chip and Pin migration for major UK banks credit card portfolio.
• Started and led the data recovery team.
• Team lead for a programming support team.
